🎉 Your first trip starts here. Welcome on board!
Although the official start is at 19:00, you can come from 18:30 to pick up your wristband. We’ve reached full capacity and want to check you in smoothly.
Remember:
✅ You must have registered
✅ Received our confirmation email
✅ Be on the guest list to get your wristband.
If you’re not on the list, we won’t be able to let you in or give you tickets, out of respect for confirmed Friendly Travellers.

🧭 BOARDING INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Go to Customs
📍 Friendly Trips Office – C/ Zapateros 13 (Just 30 steps from Torres de Serrano)
2️⃣ Check in at one of the two accreditation points:
- 1) Friendly Trips Office – Zapateros 13
- 2) Bar Sabaters – Zapateros 12
Starting at 18:30 you can pick up your Traveller Kit, which includes:
✔️ Travel wristband (required for entry + drink tickets)
✔️ Friendly Traveller Passport (write your name for the prize draw)
✔️ Traveller Name Sticker (write your name to encourage interaction!)
✔️ QR code to join the temporary WhatsApp group for real-time updates, photos, and even posting if you’d like to meet someone during the party — all in a good vibe!
3️⃣ Your first photo at one of the three Photocalls
